Key takeaways
- Travertine suits paving, cladding and warm, textured interiors.
- Marble suits polished floors, stairs and feature walls.
- Always approve a sample from the actual batch before delivery.
Pakistan has rich natural stone reserves, and Balochistan is known for its travertine and marble. Through our supply arm we source stone for our own projects and for clients. The right choice depends on where the stone goes and how it will be used.
Travertine
Travertine has a natural pitted texture and warm tones. Honed or tumbled, it works well for courtyards, pool surrounds, facades and walls.
Marble
Marble takes a high polish and suits floors, staircases, vanity tops and feature walls. Softer marbles need sealing in kitchens and wet areas.
