Company
Is R & K Enterprises a registered company?
Yes. R & K Enterprises is a partnership firm registered with the Registrar of Firms, Islamabad Capital Territory, under registration no. RF/ICT/28418 of 2017, dated 30 October 2017. Its constitution was updated in April 2024 to cover construction and development, import, export and general order supply anywhere in Pakistan.
Is R&K PEC licensed and FBR registered?
Yes. R & K Enterprises holds a Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) licence and is registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for income tax and sales tax. It is also registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA).
Have you worked with embassies or government clients?
Yes. R & K Enterprises has carried out renovation, electrical, landscaping and hardscape works for an embassy in the Diplomatic Enclave, Islamabad, and supplies government, corporate and institutional buyers under general order supply. Diplomatic work is done with security-cleared teams and client names are published only with permission.
Which areas of Islamabad do you build in?
R & K Enterprises takes on work anywhere in Islamabad. Under its partnership deed the firm can undertake construction anywhere in Pakistan.
Where are the offices of R & K Enterprises?
R & K Enterprises has its head office at Plot No. 96, 3rd Floor, United Plaza, Fazal-e-Haq Road, Blue Area, Islamabad, and an office at Firdusi Building, M.A. Jinnah Road, Quetta.
Who are the business partner and architect of R & K Enterprises?
The business partner of R & K Enterprises is The Property ICON, a real estate and builders firm. Its architect is Aqdas Ali Architects of Quetta, covering architecture, interiors, landscape and building erection.
Construction
Do you offer turnkey construction?
Yes. R & K Enterprises offers full turnkey construction, where one contract covers grey structure, finishing and services through to handover. Grey-structure-only and finishing-only contracts are also available. Every contract is priced through a BOQ and billed against milestones.
How are construction payments structured?
Payments follow agreed milestones. Each contract has an itemised BOQ and a milestone schedule (for example foundations, each slab, finishing stages and handover), and payment for a milestone is due once that work has been completed and verified. Changes to scope are handled through written change orders.
Do you build mosques and Islamic architecture?
Yes. R & K Enterprises builds complete mosques and madrasas, including a 2,000-worshipper mosque and madrasa in G-11 and a complex for 2,500+ worshippers. Work covers structure, basements, domes, minarets, calligraphy, CNC jali screens, carved doors, centralised HVAC, solar and sound systems.
Can you supervise a project that already has a contractor?
Yes. R & K Enterprises provides owner-side project management and site supervision: monitoring the site, inspecting quality, coordinating vendors and certifying milestones before you pay, so your appointed contractor stays on scope, time and budget.
Investment & Joint Ventures
How does a landowner JV work with R&K?
In a landowner joint venture, the landowner contributes the plot and R & K Enterprises contributes feasibility, design, approvals, construction and sales management. Each party's share of the finished building or its proceeds is agreed in writing before work begins, and the project is subject to approvals.
Can overseas Pakistanis invest?
Overseas Pakistanis can enquire about participating in specific R & K Enterprises projects. Any investment is documented in a written agreement, figures are indicative and subject to approvals, and no returns are guaranteed. Use the investor enquiry form to start a conversation.
Import, Export & Supply
What items do you provide under general order supply?
R & K Enterprises supplies machinery and equipment, office furniture, hardware and tools, stationery, uniforms, printers, toners and desktops, split air conditioners, roller blinds, RFID cards, glass door parts, woodwork, paint works and electrical equipment such as fans, lights, switches, cables, geysers and pumps.
Do you supply marble and travertine from Balochistan?
Yes. R & K Enterprises supplies travertine and marble from Balochistan for interior and exterior use, for projects in Pakistan and for export enquiries. The firm is registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority.
