Our quantity surveyor prepares the BOQs that every R&K contract is priced and billed on. Accuracy and clear documentation matter more to us than speed.
Responsibilities
- Take off quantities from architectural and structural drawings
- Prepare and price BOQs for tenders and private clients
- Measure completed work for milestone bills
- Price variations and prepare written change orders
- Track material rates from suppliers
Requirements
- DAE or B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- 3+ years of QS experience on building works
- Strong MS Excel skills
